Dieser leckere Käse von Hof Dannwisch ist mindestens 6 Monate gereift. Er hat einen vollaromatischen Geschmack und eignet sich gut als Tafelkäse auf Brot, in diversen Salaten, für Käseplatten auch zu Bier und Brezeln. Zum Überbacken kann er auch gut genommen werden.

Wie alle Käse von Hof Dannwisch wird der Flachlandtiroler aus reiner Demeter Vorzugsheumilch gekäst.
