Petit Duc Bruschetta

This special culinary delight made of pasteurized cow’s milk and a fine blend of spices is produced in the heart of the Burgundian vineyards, between Beaune and Dijon. The traditional, artisanal art of cheese making is also in the foreground in this region. The cheese impresses with its velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture. The icing on the cake is the strong aromatic bruschetta herbal mixture, which gives the cheese its Mediterranean flavor. It consists of tomato, garlic, onion, pepper, oregano and basil.
