The Le Brie walnut comes from an ÖMA partner dairy. In the cheese dairy high above Lake Constance, the Bantel family can look out over the gently rolling Vorarlberg and the lake while they work. This is where the delightful liaison of fine soft cheese with fine walnuts is created. Delicately spicy, nutty – a flirtation with your palate!
